Soprano Kate Mangiameli accepts full-time Met position

Alumna Kate Mangiameli (BM ’00, MM ’03) has been offered a coveted full-time soprano position in the Metropolitan Opera Chorus. She was a National Semi-finalist in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions in 2003 and made her debut in the chorus of “Ernani” there in the 2011-2012 season. Most recently, She was heard in her debut performance of “Tosca” with the Harvard Ratcliffe Symphony, conducted by Federico Cortese, at Harvard University.
