Daniel Shirley is in his second season as a resident young artist at Florida Grand Opera. This season, he is singing the roles of Prunier in La Rondine and Tybalt in Romeo et Juliette as well as the Vendedor in the zarzuela Luisa Fernanda, which will feature Placido Domingo as a guest artist. This December, he will be a soloist with Music of the Baroque (Chicago) for its annual Holiday Brass and Choral Concerts. Shirley is a student of Patricia Stiles.
