Andy Moran named resident conductor of El Paso Symphony Orchestra

Andy Moran was named resident conductor of the El Paso Symphony Orchestra (EPSO) in April 2012. As such, he will take on more responsibility in the programming of EPSO’s education and pops programs and will also be considered to conduct a subscription concert if the opportunity arises.

In addition, his new role will have him serving as the “face” of the orchestra when the music director is away.

Moran had served as assistant conductor of EPSO since the fall of 2009.
