Neil Ferris, current MM Jazz Studies student, serves as Vice President of Jazz from Bloomington. He was one of the primary organizers of the First Annual Grant Street Jazz Festival, held on the street in front of Café Django and next to the Monroe County Public Library on August 18. The festival featured numerous students, alumni, and faculty on a beautiful afternoon and evening performing for an enthusiastic and appreciative crowd.
